Amanda's Frosty Mocha Freeze
This is one of my favorite, easy-to-make summer desserts. If you don’t tell anyone, they won’t know it’s low-fat.
1 cup skim milk
1 package instant chocolate pudding (4 serving size)
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Pour skim milk into a 2-cup measuring cup. Add enough large ice cubes to bring the level up to 2 cups. Pour the milk and ice mixture into a blender. Add pudding, coffee, and yogurt. Blend until smooth and thick. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
