Here's another yummy appetizer to serve for a summer get-together. Enjoy!
16 oz large frozen shrimp, thawed
8 oz. Canadian bacon, sliced in half
3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl, combine Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Mix well. Dip shrimp in sauce. Wrap slice of Canadian bacon around shrimp and skewer. Place on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Repeat with remaining shrimp. Brush with remaining sauce. Bake for 10-12 minutes until shrimp is done. Serves 6-8.
