Potato Salad

Here's a recipe we like for summer picnics or family gatherings. Goes well with Baked Beans and Deviled Eggs.


6 medium red potatoes, cubed and boiled with partial skin left on
6 eggs, boiled, peeled, and diced
1/2 cup sweet pickled, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup salad dressing
1 teaspoon honey mustard
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seed


In large bowl, combine boiled potatoes, diced eggs, sweet pickled, and onion. In glass measuring cup, combine salad dressing, honey mustard, sea salt, pepper, and celery seed. Mix well. Pour over potato mixture and mix well. Chill for several hours before serving. Serves 6-8.
