1 small onion, chopped
1 small clove garlic, chopped
2 medium avocados (ripe), peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 (4 oz) can chopped medium green chilies, drained
1 medium tomato, chopped
In medium bowl, mix first six ingredients and mash with potato masher or food processor. Blend in chopped tomatoes. May serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
