German Cabbage Stir Fry

Serve this recipe with your next pork dinner.

3-4 tablespoons 
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 ear of corn, cut off the ear
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon Kosher salt

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, zucchini, green pepper and corn. Set aside. In a medium saucepan combine sugar, vinegar, oil, celery seed, mustard, and salt. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables and mix to combine. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 4-6.
