Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic

When I think of cauliflower, I think of veggie trays or served with melted cheese. Here's an additional way to serve this yummy white vegetable that's easy and delicious. Enjoy!

1 head cauliflower
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut cauliflower into florets and place in large bowl. Add sliced garlic, and sprinkle with olive oil, seasoned salt, and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes turning once, until browned. Garnish with pine nuts and Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
